Entrance Tickets of Tour Activities 

 

Halal Tour NZ (HTNZ) service all customers for the domestic ground tour around New Zealand. The tour tickets and attractions are provided by individual supplier or tour operator (see your Halal Tour NZ voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fee.

 

These following items are non-refundable in all circumstances:

  1. Entrance tickets for tour activities, vouchers, coupons and theatre show

  2. Gift certificate

  3. Package and Tour that sold for special event or promo

 

Other Tour Products and Services

 

For any subjects and activities which are not listed above, 

  1. If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

  2. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

  3. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 

DURING THE TOUR

 

  • Salat time and place cannot be arranged by Halal Tour NZ during the tour, but list of masjid around New Zealand and seasonal salat time schedule can be asked to info@halaltournz.com and will be provided after booking independently on Halal Tour NZ website.

  • Halal foods list can be found in Halal Foods page on this website.

  • Please keep the phone numbers of tour operators helpline that written on the booking voucher.

  • Changing and adjusting the schedule is applicable during the journey without notice in terms of bad weather or any other unexpected case.
